Evolution Pilot Pins
Pilot pins are an essentially part of your Mag Drill set-up, they help centre the cutter bit on the workpiece, deliver coolant to maximise cutting speed and cutter life, and help with the ejection of the cut core after you've completed the cut.
Evolution recommends that all annular cutters be cooled properly throughout the cut to ensure cutter life is optimized. In order to accomplish this, a pilot pin is required so the coolant can be delivered directly to the cutting surface.
Available in 25mm (1 inch) and 50mm (2 inch) sizes for Evolution cutters which are available in 25mm or 50mm lengths and 12mm - 65mm widths.
